This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. If you still have MODAI installed and can sign in:

En hızlı yol budur ve anında geçerli olur. MODAI hâlâ kuruluysa ve giriş yapabiliyorsanız:

1. Open MODAI and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Dashboard (the profile / panel screen).
3. Tap "Hesabımı Sil" (Delete My Account) at the bottom of the screen.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account and data are deleted right away. The action cannot be undone — saved outfits cannot be recovered afterwards.

Option 02Request by email — no app needed

If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or simply prefer to ask us, send an email:

1. Write to support@modai.tr from the email address registered to your MODAI account — this is how we verify the request is yours.
2. Use the subject line "Hesap silme talebi" (Account deletion request).
3. You do not need to explain why. No other personal information is required.

We complete email requests within 30 days at the latest, and confirm by replying to the same address once the deletion is done.

Option 03Delete data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account in order to delete data. You can erase part of what we hold and carry on using MODAI.

Veri sildirmek için hesabınızın tamamını silmek zorunda değilsiniz. Hakkınızda tuttuklarımızın bir kısmını sildirip MODAI'yi kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.

Saved outfits — from inside the app

1. Open MODAI and sign in to your account.
2. On the Panel screen, tap "Tümü →" in the "Kaydettiklerin" section — the "Gardırobun" screen opens.
3. Tap the bin icon in the top-right corner of the outfit you want to remove.
4. Confirm with "Sil" in the "Kombini Sil" dialog that appears.

The outfit is removed from our database immediately and permanently. Your account, your profile, and your other outfits are left untouched.

What this route deletes, and what it keeps

Deleted permanently, with no additional retention period: your physical profile (gender, height, weight, body type, hair colour, skin tone, eye colour), your style preferences, your saved outfits and outfit history, your notification device tokens, and your notification signals (approximate region, style counts, last active time).

Kept for as long as your account stays open: the minimum record that makes an account exist — your email address and which sign-in method you used. To erase those as well, delete the account itself through Option 01 or Option 02. The records listed in section 04 — those we are legally required to keep, anonymous statistics, and device-level data already held by advertising partners — are beyond the reach of either route.

Section 03What gets deleted

Option 01 and Option 02 run the same server-side deletion, and it removes the account itself. The following is erased permanently, with no additional retention period:

• Notification device tokens used to send you push notifications
• Notification signals — the approximate region saved to your account (city and coordinates), your style counts, and when you were last active

Section 04What is kept, and for how long

To be complete, here is everything that does not disappear with your account:

Eksiksiz olmak adına, hesabınızla birlikte kaybolmayan her şey:

• Records we are legally required to keep — where Turkish law or a valid legal process obliges retention, we keep the minimum necessary for the period the law requires, and nothing beyond it.
• Aggregated, anonymous statistics — counts that can no longer be traced back to you or your device (for example, "how many outfits were generated this month"). These are not personal data and are kept indefinitely.
• Data already held by advertising and analytics partners — Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics), Meta and similar partners hold device-level records under their own retention schedules, as described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy. These are tied to a device identifier, not to your MODAI account, so deleting your account does not reach them. You can clear them at the device level: on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, on Android by resetting or deleting your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.

• Yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar — Türk mevzuatının veya geçerli bir yasal sürecin saklamayı zorunlu kıldığı hâllerde, yalnızca gerekli asgari veriyi ve yalnızca kanunun öngördüğü süre boyunca saklarız; bir gün fazlasını değil.

Cihaz düzeyinde temizleyebilirsiniz: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme, Android'de Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar altından reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayarak veya silerek.

Your IP address is not in either list because we never store it — as explained in the Privacy Policy, it exists only in memory for the duration of a single weather request.
